Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking an experienced and energetic Reservations Agent to join our team on a Full Time basis. Novotel Sydney Darling Square which is conveniently located amongst Sydney’s CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square and ICC precincts is the perfect location for guests whether they’re travelling for business, leisure, or both. Our 230 contemporary accommodation rooms overlook the Darling Square precinct on one side and The Chinese Garden of Friendship on the other.

Job Description

As our Reservations Agent you will:

• Drive and maintain our standard of guest service as the first point of contact
• Ensure guests' information is accurately recorded and preferences are communicated to our operations team
• Thrive on guest engagement, creating a memorable experience each time our guests are at our Hotel
• Ensure service standards & agreed systems are achieved
• Create opportunities for increased revenue & achieve financial targets
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies in line with ALL SAFE

Qualifications

• You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• Eye for detail & the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining appropriate at all times
• Creation of systems & processes to ensuring consistent service
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
